Parkquility Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Parkquility website (the “Website”) and the Parkquility mobile application (the “App”).

Usage Data

Because we provide a parking-related services, we may share personal data you provide to us with third parties such as parking garage and parking lot business, municipalities or other government entities that provided parking spaces, in each case necessary to provide you with the services. Your personal information may be shared to help you book and/or access a parking space, communicate with you, and comply with the law.

Book the requested parking spot or enable vacation property booking

Provide services related to the booking and/or account

Create, maintain, and update user accounts on our platform and authenticate you as a user

Maintain your search and parking history, accommodation and parking preferences, and similar information

These third-party service providers are required to protect personal information we share with them and may not use any directly identifying personal information other than to provide services we contracted them for. Business Transaction
